Journal #5

This is a bit of a catch up post.

On Tuesday I went for a bit of a hike around Mt Nelson.

It took me two hours.

I was pretty knackered at the end.

My legs were so sore on Wednesday.

It was good!

Journal #4

I exercised again today! Only 50 minutes this time, but that is more than fine with me as I am sore from yesterday.


I did the first video twice (ouch!), the second video once (thought I didn't do the last couple of minutes as my brother rocked up at my house), and the last video once - yep, it's the back one from yesterday! I made my brother do the back one with me and he just managed to make it through!








I'm looking forward to being even sorer tomorrow! 

Journal #3

At last I've exercised! I'm over feeling unenergetic and easily tired.


Yesterday (Wednesday) I did a solid hour of exercise, and today I am sore all over! Yay!
